How joining TFU works

Interested in joining us? If so, you're in the right place! Begin by reading what TFU is all about on our front page over here if you didn't already, just so that we know we're on the same page and share the same core values.

Now you're ready to start with the application form below. It's devided into two sections. The first part is an understanding between you and TFU and some requirements you must read, accept and fulfill. Then simply fill out part two of the application which is just some basic info we need about you.

If your application gets accepted one of our officers will contact you on Steam and a one month trial period begins where we get to know each other. Finally, if your recruitment period was successfull you'll become full member!

Good to know: If you are too inactive during the one month recruitment period to give us a chance to get to know you, you will automatically lose your spot in TFU. If this happens you are free to reapply again in the future when recruitment is open again.

Once you have become a full member we don't pressure you to play any certain amount of time or stuff like that anymore.

I am at least 20 years old.

I value team work and try hard to put the whole group's interests before my own. I prefer working in a well coordinated team over lone wolfing.

I understand that as a recruit I am expected to be active to give TFU and myself a fair chance to see if this unit is a good match for me. After one month TFU will decide whether to make me a full TFU member or not. I've concluded I have enough time to be an active recruit during the next month.

I also understand that during the recruitment period at the end of the day it's a matter of people chemistry, rather than how I perform gameplay wise.

I accept that if I am too inactive during the one month recruitment period to give the TFU officers a chance to get to know me, I will automatically lose my spot in TFU.

I understand that I must have a friendly and positive attitude - I would for instance never ever team kill on purpose, and I always follow server and unit rules. This is all very obvious to me.

I understand and agree that racism, sexism, hatefulness and other offensive behaviours are under no circumstances accepted in TFU. Mutual respect is key. I just want to game together with people regardless of their religion, ethnicity or sexual orientation. Make Arma, not war.
